「E-Seat Reserve」Precautions

1．
Payment can only be made by credit card (acceptable credit cards are pocket cards, AEON credit cards, VISA, MASTER, JCB, Diners Club cards). No refund can be made once the purchase has been made.

2．
We will send a purchase completion email to your email address. If the email address is incorrect, you will not receive the purchase completion email.

3．
College and high school students, Happy 55 (G.G), people who purchase tickets with a disability discount are requested to show a certificate (student ID card, disability certificate, certificate of birth date) when you enter the theatre. If you do not show the certificate, you will be charged the difference from the general fee at the time of entrance.

4．
The following two pieces of information are required when you purchase tickets:
Reservation number
Phone number

The reservation number is listed on the purchase completion screen and the reservation completion email sent when purchase is completed, so be sure to bring it with you.

Note: Please note that tickets cannot be purchased by credit card at this theater.

5.
You cannot change or cancel various reservations if you use Wata Theater member coupon, MovieTicket / AC ticket (Cinema ticket, Free movie admissions ticket, Cinema gift, or AEON Good Life Club) / d point (store / use).

6.
Resold MovieTicket / AC tickets (Cinema ticket, Free movie admissions ticket, Cinema gift, AEON Good Life Club) cannot be used.

7.
For movies ending after 23:00, note that you cannot book tickets if you are under 18 years of age (high school age or younger) even if you are accompanied by a parent or guardian.Please note that the theatre staff may ask you to show your ID card.

8．
You cannot receive WAON POINT with E-seat reservation.
