Precautions when watching MX4D™ are shown below

For safety reasons, individuals under 100 cm in height are not allowed to use MX4D™.

Women who are or may be pregnant, individuals who are not feeling well, individuals who use a wheelchair, individuals who have problems with the heart, back, waist, neck, or other body parts, individuals who are injured, individuals who have physical disorders, individuals who get motion sickness easily, individuals who are sensitive or allergic to stimulations such as scent, smoke and light, individuals who feel anxious about physical conditions, and individuals who are drunk are not allowed to use MX4D™. If you feel sick during the screening, please let the theatre staff know.

Hold valuables and fragile items firmly in your hands, or use a dedicated locker installed off the screen area.
Confirm the precautions described on the locker before using the locker. We shall not be liable and make no warranty for any loss or damage of your belongings.

Be careful when you eat or drink because seats will move violently in up/down, left/right and front/rear directions during the screening. Hot drinks from outside is prohibited as there is a danger of getting burned.
We do not take any responsibility or liability for stained clothes due to spilled food or drink, for burns caused by hot drinks, and for any trouble between customers caused under such circumstances.

Two or more individuals are not allowed to sit in one seat. For children's safety, the use of a child seat or watching a movie with your child sitting on your lap is strictly prohibited.

For your safety, put your feet on the footrest and sit back in your seat with your back against the back rest during the screening. Do not stand on your seat or leave the seat during the screening.

Water may splash on your face, clothes, food and drink during the screening. We shall not be liable if your clothes get wet or you feel sick due to the special effects.
